2)   workmanship sketch 

(1) technology characters 

 Ensure effective separation time and separation settlement size, settlement area must be guaranteed to be laminar, isolates effectively isolate with purification water; prevent the breeding of bacteria in the bank, ramps to prevent the fouling of coarse grains and oil and so on

(2) device according to stokes’ theorem and design

 In order to ensure the separation of small particles of oil droplets ,we use the coalescence chamber design , the small particle droplets droplets  gather into large particles (coarse-grained )increase the separation effciency

(3)  coalescence room

 Room with oil coalescing particle filter, reverse-flow approach together with high efficiency of the device can be 85%large than 5μm droplets gather into large droplets, room coalescence filter can be washed regeneration  

(4) Stainless steel inclined tube

According to our experience , a small inclined tube could improve the efficiency of ramp device , we choose the stainless steel inclined tube , benefit the oil water mud separate in the inclined tube device. Prevent desposit  blocking inclined tube, easy to clean.
